About the role
You will run your own desk: a portfolio of client mandates that you scope, source for, and close. This is a delivery role with direct client contact, suited to someone who already knows how a mandate goes wrong and wants to run it properly.
Key responsibilities
- Run scoping calls with client hiring managers and convert briefs into search strategies.
- Source through direct headhunting, referrals, job boards and our internal database.
- Screen candidates for role fit, compensation alignment and notice period.
- Manage the interview process, offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and share weekly delivery reports with clients.
What we are looking for
- 3-6 years in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated closures at mid to senior level - please be ready to discuss specific mandates.
- Strong written English; you will be writing shortlists that clients read.
- Comfortable with a target-linked incentive structure.
